Hannah’s Song (A Mother’s Day Message)

As sons and husbands and uncles and
and friends we as men oftentimes take this day to declare that we would give
the world to the mothers in our lives and all the women who have had a positive impact on us but I have come to realize that
the world in which we currently inhabit
is not a world that I want to give to
the women who are meaningful in my life and so I think the best gift that we can give mother's
today is to give them our best
and that means as men we need to strive to be better in how we treat the women in our lives
who God has given us.

This short clip is from a message I preached in 2022 about the song of Hannah, a song that in reality isn’t merely about reproduction but rather a song about Gods desire to reverse the effects of how poorly Hannah (and all women) have been treated historically.
